On Tuesday night, police said a blue Chevrolet Camaro — which they believe was driven by a 20-year-old man — was stopped at a red light as it headed north on Midpark Boulevard SE.

They said a black Hyundai Santa Fe, driven by a 79-year-old man, drove east along Midlake Boulevard SE and crossed the concrete meridian that separates north and southbound traffic on Midpark Boulevard.
