Elevating the magic of Expo 2020 and its worldly wonders, the 2020 Club by Emaar has announced a one-day only culinary extravaganza, featuring an array of exquisite, flavour-packed dishes, at Palace Downtown Hotel Dubai on the 6th or March 2022.
A deliciously collaborative effort from the Palace’s star head chefs, the experience will offer an unparalleled menu adorned by a scrumptious selection of favorites and live cooking stations from the hotel’s resident restaurants – Asado, Thiptara and Ewaan – from 12:30PM to 3:30PM.
Culinary aficionados can indulge in Argentinean specials such as vegan ceviche, home-made sausages packed with Latin American spices, signature chimichurri and grilled cabrito sliders, courtesy of Chef Carina Arossa from Asado. Chef Keeta Jakkrich from Thiptara will bring the best of Thai to the table with classics including gaeng kiew wan gai (chicken Thai green curry), nuer phad bai kaphrao (stir fried spicy beef ribeye) and tom yam goong (traditional prawn Thai hot and sour soup). An homage to home-base, Chef Sourav Chatterjee of Ewaan will serve the best of Middle Eastern cuisine with beloved dishes such as cabbage mahashi (stuffed cabbage leaves), Arabic spiced baby chicken and traditional lamb ouzi, ending the exciting affair on a sweet note with a mini baklava cheesecake and hazelnut Rocher cake.
From the best in Argentinean cuisine, to unforgettable Thai and indulgent Middle Eastern dishes, foodies can revel in the culinary celebration at AED 288 per person with soft beverages, or AED 388 per person, inclusive of house beverages.
