The four bedroom, four bathroom home sits on a 1,562 sq ft property and includes luxury items such as a full tennis court and circular driveway.
According to Ms Peng, the interior of the house has been completely redone and redesigned by acclaimed architect Harvey Little.
“The current owner of the house worked with the architect to preserve the original federation elements while transforming the inside into a modern masterpiece,” said Ms. Peng.
“Unfortunately, the owner of the house is moving to Queensland and had to put his property on the market.”
“We’ve had a lot of interest from buyers in the area who are excited and ready to take themselves to the next level.”
Nicknamed ‘Doralbe’, the house sits on a northeast to rear lot and also has a hidden pool below deck that can be uncovered and restored.
Three of the four bedrooms offer luxurious ensuites, custom built-in and study corners.
Ms Peng told The Daily Telegraph that the location is a major selling point for the house.
“It is in a prized family-friendly east-facing location, a short walk from Gordon station.”
“A large number of families have expressed interest in the home as Gordon provides access to a range of elite schools on the North Shore line.”
Features of the house include high and ornate ceilings, mosaic tiles, a stained glass front door, air conditioning, Blackbutt wood floors and ample storage space.
It also includes a tandem double garage, flat lawn and surrounding gardens.
Median home prices in Gordon are around $3.297 million for homes and $921,000 for units in the past 12 months.
