Marketed by LJ Hooker Gordon agent Jing Peng, 11 Rosedale Rd Gordon is expected to sell for $6 million when it goes up for auction on July 9.

According to Ms Peng, the interior of the house has been completely redone and redesigned by acclaimed architect Harvey Little.

“The current owner of the house worked with the architect to preserve the original federation elements while transforming the inside into a modern masterpiece,” said Ms. Peng.
“Unfortunately, the owner of the house is moving to Queensland and had to put his property on the market.”

Median home prices in Gordon are around $3.297 million for homes and $921,000 for units in the past 12 months.
