Fatal burns at Russian military research facility

On April 21, a deadly fire broke out at the Central Research Institute (NII) of the Aerospace Defense Forces in Tver, Russia. Images recorded by the news channel SOTA show black smoke and flames coming from a building on campus. Local media reported that two people were killed and 21 injured in the fire, which started on the second floor of the building. More than 30 people were evacuated.
