In legal documents obtained by the Blast, Kim opened up about the “severe emotional stress” the unnamed man caused her.

She also mentioned the “disturbing sexual references” the stalker made in his letters, and detailed a case where a written bomb threat was made to her office.

Kim filed a restraining order against the man earlier this month, and her statement explained how the terrifying situation is affecting her well-being.

Kim stated that she has never met or communicated with the man and that she has “no relationship” with him.

She added that he somehow managed to find out her private home address, saying, “There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to contact me.”

“In several letters he threatened to kill me. He has made numerous false and misleading claims about me and my intimate relationships. He also made disturbing sexual references to me in his letters,” Kim wrote.

“On April 25, 2022, a written bomb threat was made to my office. I have been informed that my private security has analyzed the written bomb threat and found some similarities between the threat and previous letters,” she added.

Kim’s statement ended with her saying, “I have suffered and continue to suffer, severe emotional distress. I fear for my own safety. I also fear for the safety of my loved ones, my family and others in my workplace.”

She further expressed fear that a restraining order will not be enough to deter the man, stating: “I am concerned about a restraining order, he will continue to escalate his threats and will try to inflict bodily harm or even harm. kill me.”

In the legal documents, Kim’s attorney Shawn Holley also spoke out about the seriousness of the threats, writing: “In these letters, [he] made numerous violent threats against Ms. Kardashian. In addition, he made numerous sexual comments about Ms. Kardashian and her partners. He further threatened that he would take measures that would lead to Ms. Kardashian and her family being jailed.”

“He threatened Ms. Kardashian’s family, referring to Ms. Kardashian’s children,” Shawn added, while the stalker warned Kim that she is on his “hit list” and “must die soon.”

One letter read: “Because of your most recent action, I’ve put you on my HIT LIST. If I ever see you in New York or your friend in Los Angeles, I’ll perform it that day.” He added: “Pete must and will die this weekend and you next weekend.”

It’s not clear what “recent action” the letter referred to.

A Los Angeles judge has ordered a temporary restraining order be imposed, barring the man from contacting Kim or Pete in any way, or being within 30 feet of her or her home.

A hearing for a more lengthy restraining order is scheduled for June 13.

Kim has been particularly careful with her safety since she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris in October 2016.

Robbers, dressed as police officers, entered her hotel room while she was home alone, with no security. They tied her up and put her in the bathtub before leaving with millions of dollars worth of jewelry, including her engagement ring from then-husband, Kanye West.

Kim opened up about her ordeal during a 2020 interview with David Letterman, then burst into tears when she admitted it had “really scared everything” her.

Kim recalled what had happened and said two men entered the room with the hotel concierge, who was handcuffed and pointed a gun at him.

†[The robber] grabbed me and I was wearing a robe and I wasn’t wearing anything under it,” she said. “I thought, ‘Okay, this is the time I’m being raped. to happen. Just prepare.'”

“I kept looking at the janitor because I didn’t know who he was. I’m like, what’s happening? Are we going to die? Just tell him I have kids, I have babies, I have a husband, I have a family, I have to go home. Tell them they’re bringing something – I’ll never say I’ve seen them, grab everything,” Kim continued in the interview.

She also said that when she thought she was going to be murdered, her main concern was for her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, who would have been the one to find her body.

“I saw him pull out a gun at me and I thought, ‘Okay, this is it,'” Kim said. “I kept thinking about Kourtney. I kept thinking she’d come home, and I’d be dead in the room — and she’ll be traumatized for the rest of her life if she sees me.”

Fortunately, the robbers didn’t use their weapons and left Kim on the floor as they ran out of the hotel with her belongings. She said they spent two years tracking her whereabouts and planning the heist after seeing her engagement ring on social media.

About the long-term impact the heist had on her, Kim told Letterman, “It took me at least a year where I got really paranoid about people knowing where I was. I didn’t even want to go to a restaurant because I thought someone would know I’m in this restaurant. They’ll take a picture, they’ll send it, they’ll know my house is open, they’ll know my kids are there.”

“I was just really scared of everything,” she explained. “I can’t sleep at night unless there’s half a dozen guards in my house, and that’s just become my reality and that’s okay.”
