Morrison ‘blessed’ comment ‘seized’ by Labor and media

Sky News presenter Andrew Bolt says the “big takeaway” from Wednesday night’s People’s Forum debate appeared to be Scott Morrison’s “blessed” remark rather than Anthony Albanese’s inability to remember his own border policies.

Bolt said Labor and the media, especially the ABC, decided to “grab” Mr Morrison because he said he and his wife were “blessed” not to have had children with disabilities.

“I’m tired of people attacking others for what they pretend to look like, rather for what we all know they really are,” Bolt said.

“Does anyone in good health seriously think Morrison doesn’t feel sorry for children with disabilities? And has no parent ever calmly said, ‘Thank God our child is well?’”
