Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office Advises Residents of Declared Sexual Predators Temporarily Staying at Aros Circle in Boynton Beach

lIn accordance with Chapter 775, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public about a declared sexual predator now living in Boynton Beach, FL. Visit https://offender.fdle.state.fl.us to view additional information about sexual predators in your area.

BOYNTON BEACH, FL — Pursuant to Chapter 775 of the Florida Sexual Predators Act, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public about a declared sexual predator, Wayne King who lives there now temporarily 7962 Aros Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33436

Under Chapter 775.21 of the Florida Statutes and Constitution, specifically the Florida Sexual Predators Act, the state has a compelling interest in protecting the public from sexual predators and in protecting children from predatory sexual activity. The Florida legislature has determined that there is sufficient justification to require sexual predators to register and to require community and public notice of the presence of sexual predators.
