JERSEY CITY, NJ — More than a dozen Jersey City car owners woke up Tuesday to find their car’s tires cut or punctured.
All vehicles were parked on Bayside Terrace, a cul-de-sac.
Investigators believe the vandalism happened sometime during the night or early Tuesday morning.
“Every car from here to the corner has two cut tires,” said a neighbor. “We have people who have to have their cars towed. There is no need for people to come here to cut too many tires, and this is a whole block.”
Police do not know whether one person or a group of vandals is responsible for the costly damage.
