Some players may be happy to find that they actually won their bids, even if they returned their Gil due to the “Winning Lottery Number of 0” error. Fortunately, even if your deposit is refunded, you still have the option to claim your land. For those who did get their deposit back, they allow players to voluntarily repay the deposit through an NPC in patch 6.2. It is important to understand that if you have not claimed the land you have won by May 26,e at 8AM PDT you will lose the opportunity to claim it and have to participate in the next lottery cycle.
†These issues have been extensive and persistent, and I sincerely apologize for the time it has taken to resolve them. However, I am pleased to report that we have completed preparations to implement our fixes and recover lottery data.

Yoshida insists the team has worked hard to put things right regarding this stressful matter. They don’t want to make the problem worse by doing any kind of rollback to get the initial deposits that some people have refunded. Instead, the team simply wants to provide players with the functional housing system they’ve promised, and will work diligently to fix any issues that might prevent that. The next home raffle is scheduled for May 26 at 8 a.m. PDT, with a 5-day entry period followed by a 4-day results period.
